Our semi-automatic tri-shot system is unique. Learn more here.

We developed a system that converts ordinary spring-powered, pump-action tri-shot airsoft shotguns into semi-automatic airsoft shotguns.
This means no pumping between shots; it fires a cluster of 3 BBs each time you pull the trigger!
Designed to fill the gap in the market for people who want a semi-automatic Benelli M3/M4, a Remington 1100/11-87, or other similar tube-fed semi-auto airsoft shotgun and want it to be ultra practical for skirmishing!

Our tri-shot engines replace the whole cylinder and spring piston assembly in an airsoft tri-shot shotgun.
They are HPA powered, open bolt, blow forward HPA engines. They run on compressed air (HPA) between 150-160psi and use an 11.1v Lipo battery to operate the electronics of the system.
When the trigger is pulled, a microswitch and firing circuit energise the solenoid, opening the valve and providing a blast of air. The air pushes the nozzle assembly forward, feeding a BB into each of the 3 barrels and then releasing air to fire them out.
All other parts of the base tri-shot shotgun remain the same, so they feed from the same 30rnd ‘shotshell’ magazines that the original spring versions do.

Currently, our system can be used in Cyma, Tokyo Mauri and Double Eagle spring tri-shot shotguns.
The design cannot be used in gas-powered pump-action shotguns, such as Golden Eagle, or designs like Tokyo Mauri Saiga, AA-12 or SGR-12

The ballistic performance exceeds that of the base spring-powered shotgun. giving 260fps with 0.3g, which is under a joule per BB. The hop-up acts a little harder given the increased velocity, so even 0.36g BBs are hopped well. This gives the shotguns a useful range of 40m+, making them useful for outdoor as well as CQB airsoft sites.
In terms of rate of fire, the shotgun will fire as fast as you can pull the trigger. Each cycle completes in around 100ms, meaning the 30rnd shotshell magazine can be emptied in 2 seconds if your finger is fast enough!

The system is based on TM-clone tri-shot systems, which themselves have been proven over time to be reliable.
Our system relies on the standard BB feed chamber of this system, but what we add to it with our HPA engine is extremely durable.
Made from machined alloy, brass, engineering-grade polyurethane, and POM polymers, our engine is extremely simple, with just a handful of parts. There are no 3D printed parts in our system whatsoever.
Each one of the main engine parts is easily replaced with cost-effective spare parts from ourselves and the widely available base tri-shot system has easily sourced parts such as the barrels, buckings and hop chamber.

You can get your hands on this system in 3 ways:
1: A complete shotgun replica (currently we only ship these to the UK) please contact us to commission a build or see our shop for any available pre-built replicas at this time.
2: A conversion service; you send us your tri-shot shotgun, we make it semi-auto and send it back to you. (UK only again, sorry)
3: A converted ‘internal frame’ kit, we send you an internal frame for your chosen shotgun, with all the hard work of the conversion done inside. A simple 20 minute process of swapping external parts from a donor gives you a full semi-auto shotgun. This is ideal for our international customers; it usually works out cheaper and far less hassle than shipping full replicas.
Please contact us at contact@operationairsoft.co.uk to discuss any of these options.
