Operation Airsoft is an exciting new venture into the hobby of airsoft.

We know that half of the appeal of airsoft is the adrenaline rush, the teamwork, and the escape from day-to-day life that a day’s skirmish provides; the other half is the equipment!

Our goal is to think outside the box and expand the range of options available to you when it comes to airsoft equipment, rather than just retail existing products. We believe in trying new things without restriction; modifying existing airsoft replicas to make them behave or appear in a totally different way, either to create a highly effective new skirmishing tool, or something that’s just a bit of fun (and that’s what airsoft is mostly about!)

We started by jumping in at the deep end: developing a semi-automatic system to convert readily available spring-powered pump-action shotguns into devastating HPA-powered primary weapon choices. For too long, there has been a huge gap in the market for these ‘traditional’ tube-fed shotgun replicas in a semi-automatic form. For decades, players have longed for a US Marine/UKSF loudout with an M1014/L128A1, perhaps to play John Wick, who does appreciate a fine Italian shotgun, or they simply want an effective semi-automatic airsoft shotgun for CQB, that doesn’t come in the bulky packaging of the existing AA-12, SGR-12, Gen-12 or Saiga models.

Deep-dive internal modification and stylish external enhancements are our forte, but we also aim to provide a selection of spares, simple upgrades, and modification items for your treasured airsoft replicas.

This isn’t just a business for us but a passion.
